PSI currently has three uniques programs that strengthen philanthropy initiatives within participating institutions, and present incredible value to each and every organization where they have occurred.
The Career Opportunities Program (COP) helps member institutions mentor college graduates and professionals in the field of philanthropy while enhancing their own programs. PSI works with a select number of qualified institutions by subsidizing a portion of the suitable candidates salary over a two year period.
Designs for Effective Governance (DEG) presents grants to a limited number of PSI institutions that want to encourage board excellence and have the potential for making positive change within the board structure and organization, and also have the infrastructure to make sure the grant will be successful.
Foundations for Successful Philanthropy (FSP) offers secondary schools the opportunity to build strong philanthropy programs and a culture of giving...training, resources, and onsite visits.
